    Chairman Manchin moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows: 

    H.B. 4208– “A BILL to amend and reenact §60A-1-101 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, and to amend and reenact §60A-2-204, §60A-2-206, §60A-2-208, §60A-2-210 and §60A-2-212 of said code, all relating to the lists of scheduled controlled drugs and synthetic drugs; amending the list of controlled drugs; expanding the list of synthetic drugs to include additional formulations; and removing the reference to the board of pharmacy’s authority from the definition of “immediate derivatives” and “immediate precursors.”
